Joel Wallach is one of the first people I’d refer someone to at this point. He embodies all the qualities I respect and appreciate as a practitioner. He is wise and kind and shares his heart and his gifts for healing so generously. He’s extremely insightful and he sees and works at levels I believe are essential to true growth and healing.
He’s able to see deeply enough into an issue or problem that he can give amazing tools and techniques to help you resolve it. He also does what he does to clear and heal what is needed to help you to move into more clarity and to transform your energy and your life.

My personal experience with Joel:
The first time I had a session with Joel was about one year after my daughter was born. I was having a lot of trouble feeling grounded and adjusting to all the (wonderful) changes that come with having a child. I was immediately comforted by his energy and presence even over the phone. And I felt really good about the session, so much so that I made an appointment for my daughter to have a session. She’d been having difficulty sleeping and I just felt that something deeper was going on.
It was amazing when Joel started working (I was on the phone in the nursery with her as she played on the floor). She clearly felt something immediately. Honestly, it seemed so intense for her, I doubted whether I’d jumped into this too soon in her life. She was only one year old, after all. She started to cry and struggle. Joel was so calm and seemed to know just what was happening. Mind you, she was fine the whole time. I’m simply noticing that she clearly felt the work. Joel was clearing some birth trauma from both of us and maybe it was a bit like re-experiencing it as she released it. Joel told me to take her outside and as I held her screaming and crying under our giant pine tree, she suddenly let go and fell asleep in my arms. She hadn’t done that in months. She couldn’t ever seem to let go, but now she did. I felt something shift. She slept peacefully while Joel finished.
What I found even more interesting was that after her session, I completely shifted as well. I felt much more than I did during or after my own session. I suppose I really needed more of the birth adventure cleared as well. Mother and child are so completely enmeshed at that stage that it makes sense I couldn’t shift without her.
I almost never feel energy work while it’s happening. That used to really stress me out and make me feel like I was doing something wrong. But I’ve learned over the years that it’s okay if I don’t. It doesn’t diminish the power of the work or the results. When Joel works with me, I really do try to tune in and notice things. Sometimes it just happens easily. Once when he was working on me, I felt my entire spine open up and energy move through the top of my head. The energy was amazing. I sat in my chair differently, my posture changed and I even felt the chair beneath me differently. I knew this was a big shift for me especially since so much of my work seems to be connected to my ability to be in my body.
All that aside, what I appreciate most about Joel is that I can call him and explain where I feel stuck, how I feel I might be blocking my own growth and ability to manifest in this life, and he can help me to work on that issue in a session.
It’s unbelievably empowering to work with Joel because he goes beyond just clearing and healing for you. He helps you to own your ability to change your life.
